	Digital submission via AEON Card Apps (available on Android and Apple iOS) or website form. Or meet our sales at AEON booth or AEON Service Counter located at AEON Mall BSD City, Jakarta Garden City, Sentul City, Tanjung Barat and Deltamas, as well as AEON Store Mall Alam Sutera, Living World Kota Wisata Cibubur, Mal Ciputra Tangerang-Citra Raya, Pakuwon Mall Bekasi and Eastvara Mall BSD.
	Complete the application as instructed.
	Sign your application as per your ID/passport.
	Attach a photocopy of your ID card/passport & KITAS and all required supporting documents.
	Specifically for applications through sales, documents can be given to our sales at the AEON booth or at the AEON Service Counter at all AEON Malls, as well as AEON Store Mall Alam Sutera, Living World Kota Wisata Cibubur, Mal Ciputra Tangerang-Citra Raya, Pakuwon Mall Bekasi and Eastvara Mall BSD.
	If your application is approved, you will be notified by SMS.

How to Activate Your AEON Credit Card

Note:

Effective 1 July 2020, all Credit Cardholders MUST use PIN when transacting using EDC machine. Your 6 (six) digits PIN MUST BE used in accordance with Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia No.16/25/DKSP on December 31, 2014.

In connection the new policy of Bank Indonesia, the following changes to credit card interest rate will be effective on 1 July 2020:

Apart from being mentioned above, other credit card fee & tariff relaxation policies are still in effect in accordance with Bank Indonesia policy Referring to Press Release dated 23 November 2023, we hereby inform you that in order to strengthen payment system policies to support the economy and accelerate digitalization that are inclusive and in order to support the National Economic Recovery program, a payment system policy has been implemented by extending the validity period of the credit card policy effective from 1 May 2020 and extended until 31 December 2025.

The adjustment of stamp duty fee in accordance to the Law of Republic Indonesia No. 10 Year 2020 effective 1 January 2021 is as follow:

PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia in collaboration with PT. Chubb General Indonesia (Chubb), an insurance service company regulated and supervised by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.

Procedure for Submitting Claims

Written notification of a claim must be submitted to Chubb within 30 days of the loss.

Photocopy of AEON Platinum credit card
Photocopy of billing statement on AEON Platinum credit card stating ticket purchase
Tickets and boarding passes (or other documents stating that the insured is the intended general passenger)
Certificate from the airline or authorized party in connection with the accident in question
Health Certificate from a Doctor
Certificate of Death (for death claims)
Coroner's Certificate (for Death Claims)
Certificate from the Hospital for limb defects that occur
Any other written evidence Chubb may request
